job_description.job_card.job_descriptionEnter all customer orders accurately and efficiently Communicate with customers on order clarification and confirmation Coordinate order revisions to ensure all internal parties are up-to-date on customer expectations Build rapport with repeat customers through positive, timely, consistent and reliable service and communication. Build up relationship with customers to assist sales with account growth. Communicate ETAs and delivery updates to customers and internal teams Collaborate with the shipping department to ensure timely order fulfillment Monitor and report over / under shipments Send customer invoices and follow-up as needed Collaborate with production teams to reconcile finished goods inventory issues Provide customer support via phone and email regarding order status and issues. Recommend improvements to streamline workflows and reduce errors Create documentation and training for order entry procedures Manufacturing background required – previous experience in a manufacturing environment is essential Scheduling and planning experience required – demonstrated ability to coordinate production schedules and manage workflow priorities ERP system experience required – proficiency in working with Enterprise Resource Planning systems for order management, inventory tracking, and production coordination Strong Attention to detail Experience with Visual ERP software Salary Range : $55,000 - $65,000 annually Comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off
