- Participate in client meetings and presentations, providing expert legal guidance and support.

Requirements :
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working in a law firm setting, specifically in the labor and employment arena.
- Demonstrated experience with drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts.
- Proven ability to conduct legal research and produce high-quality written work.
- Strong academic background with a track record of academic excellence.
Education :
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the state bar in Minnesota.
Certifications :
Licensed to practice law in Minnesota.
