Senior Superintendent- Mission Critical

A nationally recognized general contractor is hiring a Senior Superintendent to lead large-scale, ground-up data center and commercial projects. This role is ideal for a results-driven field leader who thrives in high-performance environments where safety, schedule, and coordination are everything.

As the lead superintendent, you'll oversee every phase of on-site delivery—from mobilization through commissioning—on fast-paced, technically demanding builds. You'll coordinate with trade partners, manage daily execution, and drive the field team to deliver operationally ready facilities under aggressive timelines.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage all jobsite activities for complex, MEP-heavy projects from excavation through turnover
• Coordinate field operations across trades, vendors, and internal teams to maintain progress and site safety
• Lead daily meetings, enforce schedule compliance, and implement quality assurance protocols
• Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of power, mechanical, and life-safety systems
• Serve as the primary site liaison for owners, consultants, and project leadership
• Mentor assistant supers and uphold high-performance expectations across the field team
