Our ideal candidate has a high desire to deliver excellence, quality and enthusiasm to your work and everything you do. What You’ll Do This role will be responsible for supporting all stages of the product development process from concept to launch for all core and promotional product initiatives.

Support day-to-day formula development : formula and shade submissions tracker, evaluations, panel testing and communicate feedback to contract manufacturing partners with urgency Attend all supplier meetings, prepare agendas and detailed notes to share out following meetings Work closely with NPI / Operations team to effectively communicate project timelines and key milestones throughout development process with PD team Work closely with Packaging team to support cross-functional package development needs Be the point of contact for cross-functional requests from Marketing, Creative, Sales, Education teams and effectively manage communication with PD team as needed Assist CPO and VP to prepare for key meetings as needed Manage and track safety and clinical testing samples, ensuring study start dates are met and final reports are received TREND AND INNOVATION Manage industry trade show and events calendar Request innovation and trend samples from suppliers Track new product launches and competitive samples by category Conduct category trend and market research using various data sources including social listening and create competitive analysis documents to support product ideation OPERATIONS SUPPORT Maintain product development tracker with weekly updates.

Assist team with setting agendas and next steps with supplier meetings Support communication with formulation labs to obtain capability, pricing, lead times, specifications, and samples Request and track all submissions inbound and outbound to Product Development team and manage distribution to cross-functional teams, third party testing labs and distribution partners What We Are Looking For At Haus Labs, how you communicate is as important as what you communicate.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, detail-oriented with excellent follow-through abilities, ability to work in a fast-paced environment and efficiently work with vendors and internal departments while prioritizing workload.

High level organizational skills Education Required : Bachelor’s degree 2-3 years industry experience in a product development role at a beauty brand or contract manufacturer Passionate about makeup and skincare and the beauty industry Broad knowledge of cosmetic manufacturing with all related expertise Ability to travel- Domestic travel, up to 10% What We Expect At Haus Labs, how you communicate is as important as what you communicate.
