Behavioral Health Technician (BHT)
Location : York, PA
Hourly Rate : $13 / hour
Schedule : 7am-3pm, weekend availability preferred
Employment Status : Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities available

Position Summary :
We are currently seeking dedicated Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs) to support our clients and staff. The BHT is an integral part of our clients’ well-being and our daily operations, providing frontline support and ensuring the smooth running of daily activities.
Responsibilities :
- Assist with the intake process for new clients.
- Communicate with staff verbally and through written logs, maintaining detailed client records.
- Listen to clients and maintain a safe, orderly, and therapeutic environment, including crisis intervention.
- Coordinate activities such as lectures, recreation, and meetings.
- Conduct mandatory bed checks and complete bed-check sheets for shift reporting.
- Ensure client schedules are followed daily.
- Follow treatment plan objectives.
- Monitor the medication line.
- Transport clients to meetings and recreational activities.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience :
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license.
