Key ResponsibilitiesComplete necessary encounters and ensure accurate data entry in Electronic Health Record (EHR) systemsManage the referral process for optometrists and perform benefits verificationAddress out-of-pocket cost ticket requests and respond to eligibility-related questionsRequired QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GEDMinimum of 1 year of administrative, data entry, or equivalent experienceProficient in Microsoft Office or Google Suite, especially Excel or Google SheetsFamiliarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR), preferably NexTech or AthenaTyping speed of 30-40 words per minute
