Description

Allegiance Industries, a premier facility services provider located in Columbia, SC. Allegiance is growing and looking to expand our sales division.

We are seeking motivated, and results driven Inside Sales Business Development Representative with 3 years of inside sales or lead qualifying experience.

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving our business growth by identifying and nurturing potential leads, building relationships with prospective clients, and contributing to our sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels, including cold calls, emails, social media, and industry events.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients to understand their needs and position our solutions effectively.
  • Manage and update the CRM system with accurate and detailed information on lead interactions and status.
  • Conduct targeted outbound calls and emails to engage potential clients and introduce them to our services.
  • Execute follow-up strategies to move leads through the sales funnel and schedule appointments or demos for the sales team.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and optimize lead generation efforts.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) including call volume, lead qualification rate, and assisted revenue wins.

Qualifications

Qualifications :

  • 3 years of inside sales or lead qualifying experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Marketing
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, lead generation techniques, and qualification criteria.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade potential clients
  • Proficient in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) and other sales tools including ZoomInfo and Sales Navigator.
  • High level of initiative and self-motivation with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing leads.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and contribute to a positive team culture.
  • Flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities and market conditions.
