National Sales Representative
Description :
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven National Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer accounts, developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, and driving business growth within their assigned regions.
This role requires extensive travel and the ability to effectively manage customer interactions, follow-up on quotations, and represent the company at industry events.
Responsibilities :
Make regular customer visits and manage customer accounts on an ongoing basis.
Develop and manage customer relationships to gain strategic positioning with decision-makers, retain existing revenue, and attain additional business.
Provide feedback reports to supervisors regarding customer contacts and interactions.
Operate CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics and Sales Reporting System) with comfort and clarity.
Reach out to potential new customers and grow the business in local regions.
Submit and follow-up on customer quotations and orders, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
Upsell additional products and services to customers.
Review monthly budgets and expenses with the supervisor to meet company goals.
Represent the company at trade shows, industry conferences, and events.
Operate in accordance with company policy and procedures.

Qualifications :
Knowledge of lubricants, fuel, construction, industrial, and energy sectors is preferred but not mandatory.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in basic email and PC functions, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel).
Understanding of common business practices related to purchase, pricing, terms, shipment, taxes, and payment for products and services.
Ability to learn and retain product-specific information and effectively position features and benefits to customers.
Self-motivated and results-oriented, with strong organizational and interpersonal skills and a proven successful sales record.
Travel :
REQUIRED 75% travel within the sales area, with additional travel as needed.
