job_description.job_card.job_descriptionActive Arizona Pharmacist license in good standing Minimum 12 years of prior infusion pharmacy experience (required) Strong clinical knowledge and munication skills for patient and provider interactions Ability to adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment and take ownership of responsibilities Provide pharmaceutical care by dispensing medication, monitoring therapies, and consulting with medical staff Oversee prescription processing and supervise pharmacy technicians Review medication orders for accuracy, interactions, and contraindications municate with providers to support optimal drug therapy Maintain pliance with state, federal, and accreditation standards Participate in direct patient and provider consultation, including dosing guidance and therapy monitoring Candidates must plete an infusion petency test during the on-site interview The role requires a confident pharmacist who thrives in a fast-growing, patient-focused environment

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Our client is rapidly expanding and seeking a skilled Infusion / Clinical Pharmacist to join their growing team. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with a brand-new facility that recently tripled in size to acmodate continued growth.
Start : ASAP
Duration : 13 weeks / Contract to Hire
Schedule : MondayFriday, 8-hour shifts between 8 : 00 AM 7 : 30 PM, with rotating on-call weekends
Pharmacy Setting :
This infusion pharmacy specializes in acute conditions, preparing sterile pounds primarily for :
- IV hydration
- TPNs
- Antibiotics
Technology : CareTend (formerly CPR+)
