We are searching for a Bookkeeper to join our team in Spokane, Washington. The role primarily involves managing financial records and transactions, overseeing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring account reconciliation.
This position is integral to maintaining the financial health and transparency of our operations.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee the regular management of financial transactions and records
- Ensure the accuracy and efficiency of accounts payable activities
- Manage accounts receivable to maintain a steady cash flow
- Perform account reconciliations to prevent discrepancies
- Utilize QuickBooks online for bookkeeping functions
- Employ skills in Account Reconciliation, Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Perform data entry tasks and maintain organized, accurate records
- Utilize Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis
- Ensure accurate and timely month-end close processes
- Handle payroll activities to ensure timely and accurate compensation for employees.
SALARY RANGE : $20.00 - $24.00 / hour

- Demonstrated skill in Bank Reconciliations
- Prior experience in Bookkeeping
- Proficient in Data Entry
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Experience in Month End Close process
- Familiarity with Payroll procedures
- Proficiency in QuickBooks software
