The Operations Rotational Development Program (ORDP) is a rotational leadership development program. ORDP hires top talent who have graduated within the last 2 years from university with a bachelors or masters, and prepares them for successful contributions to Roche / Genentech's Pharma Technical Operations (PT). The Hillsboro Analyst role gives emerging talent the opportunity to gain a broad perspective on the core PT functions that are critical to the manufacturing of Genentech / Roche products. Hillsboro ORDP Analysts spend their first year split between Hillsboro Technical Operations (HTO) and Hillsboro Innovative Therapies (HIT). Depending on business needs and individual interests, analysts may also rotate across other PT business areas including : Internal Manufacturing, Cell & Gene Therapy, Technical Development, Operational Excellence & Digital, Quality, Technical Regulatory, Supply Chain, Global MSAT & Engineering, and Strategy.

Rotational projects support specific business needs throughout PT. The rotations are tailored to provide challenging and meaningful assignments, training in technical and leadership skills, and coaching with rotation managers and mentors.

Training and development for ORDP Analysts includes :

• Four six-month rotational assignments within PT, 3-4 based in Hillsboro Oregon
• Formal internal and external development trainings
• Presentation opportunities through the completion of each rotational assignment
• Informal learning opportunities such as the ORDP Forum, participation in the Buddy Program, and networking events
• Coaching through a Mentor and Reverse Mentoring Program
• Stretch opportunities provided

How ORDP Works :

The program provides analysts with opportunities to develop project management & technical expertise, support world-class manufacturing, and be involved in processes that significantly drive business productivity and profitability. Analysts will be responsible for projects on both an individual and team basis and will perform activities and functions as a member of their assigned department. Each analyst will partner with a rotation manager, who will guide them through the day-to-day activities of the department. Rotations last six months and are based on a combination of PT strategic objectives, specific departmental needs, and interests of the ORDP analysts. Rotations are available at the Hillsboro, Oregon, South San Francisco, and Oceanside California facilities. Throughout the rotational assignments, ORDP analysts are considered full-time employees of their assigned department and are eligible for Genentech's standard vacation and benefits package. During the fourth rotational assignment, analysts will have the opportunity to apply for open positions at Genentech to further their career goals.

Relocation benefits are available for this posting. The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of Hillsboro, Oregon is $69,900 to $129,900. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance. This position also qualifies for the benefits detailed at the link provided below.
