In the role of a part-time Community Program Coordinator you will beworking in Pediatrics.
The SNOO Community Program Coordinator will work closely with Principal Investigator to coordinate the daily administrative activities of the program, which provides smart sleeper bassinets to qualifying families across Wisconsin.
Provide support to the team to facilitate the achievement of the program's goals.
This is a part-time role that will last until April of 2025.
Primary Functions
- Collaborate with program leaders to identify and enroll neonate families who qualify for the devise, develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive databases and files related to the program
- Coordinate the development of program materials including educational materials, marketing materials, websites, forms, and reports including the delivery and return of all devices upon completion of data collection and provide follow up materials to families for extended use.
- Coordinate, travel to, and conduct site educational visits between 8 sites, statewide, including hospitals in Milwaukee, Neenah, Appleton, Waupaca, Berlin, and Shawano Wisconsin
- Coordinate and manage program outreach activities including acting as a liaison with community organizations.
- Collect, analyze, and disseminate program data. Report program data and progress to program stakeholders.
- Participate on appropriate committees relevant to the advancement of the program and the profession.
- Participate in the development of program resources through literature searches, contact with outside programs, and review and solicitation of funding opportunities.
