Job Title : Senior Workday Payroll, Time Tracking and Absence Analyst
Location : San Jose, CA Key Responsibilities :
- Configure and maintain Workday Payroll, Time Tracking, and Absence modules to meet organizational needs.
- Collaborate with People Ops, Payroll, and Benefits teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
- Develop and execute test plans to validate system configurations and updates
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Workday Payroll, Time Tracking, and Absence issues.
- Conduct training sessions and create documentation for end-users and administrators.
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and user experience.
- Stay updated with Workday releases and enhancements, ensuring the organization leverages new features effectively.
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 5 years of Workday Payroll, Time Tracking, and Absence configuration experience.
- Strong understanding of payroll processes and regulations in the United States.
- Proven ability to manage complex business issues and implement scalable solutions with consideration of downstream impact.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective written and oral communication skills to interact with various stakeholders and provide training.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
