Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with hiring managers to develop effective recruiting strategies and job descriptions
Utilize various sourcing methods to attract top talent and manage the recruitment process
Maintain candidate data in the ATS and ensure compliance and efficiency in hiring practices
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience across diverse roles
Experience with recruiting systems (ATS / HRIS), with Paycor experience preferred
Proven success in sourcing candidates through various platforms
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and / or Google Workspace
Ability to align talent strategies with organizational goals
