Responsibilities
- Onboarding new employees
- Assist with process improvement management
- Experience working in HRIS systems - pulling reports, updating, and auditing information
- Handle special projects as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working as an HR Generalist in a Manufacturing Setting
- Experience working in HRIS systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to stay organized and work independently.
