SUMMARY : The Information Systems Analyst II will plan, coordinate, and direct computer related activities by determining the application / Technical Support needs of the company and coordinating efforts with the Information Technology Supervisor to accomplish Projects, goals and objectives.
The IS Systems Analyst II will work with the assigned project champion to implement applications and support to the business in all department company wide.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Meet team goals and objectives, communicate expectations to the team, and align goals to departmental priorities making sure they comply with the company’s plans and vision
Responsible for maintaining a productive work environment for the team
Responsible for planning and delivery of assigned projects to meet company goals.
Work directly with the Manager of Information Systems on annual budget, and reviews
Ensure that business goals, deadlines, and performance standards are met
Implement corporate and TECO IS Standards
Collaborates with users, vendors, technicians, and managers to understand and assess computing and system needs and requirements.
Develop a Core Application Catalog
Other duties as assigned
SCOPE, PURPOSE, AND FREQUENCY OF CONTACTS
Frequent contact with IS personnel other than management. Frequent contact with personnel in user departments to determine, evaluate, and resolve user problems;
gain information about future needs and desires for planning purposes; and communicate to them the schedules, plans, and status of the IS department and its work.
Will directly be in contact with IT Supervisor meeting weekly to obtain business continuity regarding projects, goals, and tasks.
Assess future needs and requirements for planning purposes. Communicate relevant information which defines schedules, plans, and the status of activities.
QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Business or Management preferred
Industry and supervisory experience
SAP Experience
SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Proficiency of SAP MM / FICO / SD / PM / PP modules
Customer Relationship Management tools
Visual Basic, Access and SQL Skills preferred
SAP Application Server Support Experience and Database Management
CAD / CAM software implementation and administration
Legacy migration to new technology transitioning
Data Transformation
Warehouse Management System
Able to work with different departments to improve processes
Ability to document new processes for training
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize competing priorities, and follow issues through to completion in a fast paced environment
Outstanding customer service skills
