Overview
GovCIO is currently hiring for a Junior ServiceNow Administrator to administrate the ServiceNow user experience and user interface for the ServiceNow App Engine project called CONNECT.
The position is located in Fayetteville, NC and will be a hybrid position (onsite and remote within the United States).
Responsibilities
Is responsible for the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design of our ServiceNow App Engine project called CONNECT.
You will ensure that all elements of the online user experience are optimized for improved usability, usefulness, and human-centered vs functional design.
May design graphical user interface (GUI) to meet the specific needs of users. Prepares operating instructions, compiles documentation of program development, and analyzes system capabilities to resolve questions of program intent, output requirements, input data acquisition, programming techniques, and controls.
Administers permissions, manages the database, and provides training on management and use of systems.
- Create user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, the voice of the customer, user journeys, customer feedback, and usability findings
- Quickly and iteratively create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, low and high-fidelity mockups in their design work
Communicate with product and engineering teams, as well as business stakeholders, executive leadership, and other creative professionals
- Designs and codes applications following specifications using the appropriate tools Maintains and modifies existing software applications
- Analyzes detailed systems factors, including input and output requirements, information flow, hardware and software
requirements, and alternative methods of problem resolution
- Performs modifications to and maintenance of operational programs and procedures
- Participates in code reviews to represent reviewed work for adherence to standards and specifications
- Writes or revises program documentation, operations documentation and user guides in accordance with standards
Qualifications
Required Skills and Experience
Clearance Required : Secret
- High School with 0 - 3 years (or commensurate experience)
- SNAF-CSA (ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals - Certified System Administrator) must be attained within 180 days after onboarding
