Contract Manager - Power Generation / EPC

$120,000 - $150,000 + Full Benefits + 401k + Excellent Career Progression

In this role, you’ll work closely with project managers, engineers, and directors to review contracts, manage claims, and ensure compliance on large power generation projects. You’ll gain hands-on experience in contract execution, claims defense, and project correspondence across multiple live projects at different phases.

This role would suit someone with a background in large EPC or infrastructure projects, looking to build a career in contract management within an industry leader in the space.

The Role

Review and manage multiple contracts across large-scale power generation projects

Support project teams on claims defense, delays, and change orders

Coordinate with engineering, finance, and project teams on compliance and risks

Draft and manage project correspondence, impact logs, and claims documentation

The

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or Legal Studies (Engineering preferred)

Experience in contract management on large EPC or Power Generation projects

Experience with the full project lifecycle

Strong communicator, eager to learn, able to work across multiple teams
