Are flexible and thrive in fast-paced work environments.salary : $22 - $23 per hourshift : Firstwork hours : 8 AM - 4 PMeducation : High SchoolResponsibilitiesCore ResponsibilitiesTaking inbound calls to the Change of Ownership Department to assist clients with changes to their accounts after they've experienced a life-changing event (opening new accounts, transferring assets, updating account information)Familiarity with different investment account types (IRA, Individual, trust accounts) and being able to understand basic rules and regulations governing the different account typesProviding guidance to beneficiaries when inheriting Vanguard account holder's assets including assisting with web registration, pre-filling forms, and explaining the inheritance process and paperwork requiredCompleting administrative tasks when notified of a client's passing such as placing restrictions to secure decedent's information and assetsDocuments and notates clear and detail client interactions for case notesNavigates multiple computer screens, resources, and software to provide accurate responses to client inquiriesDevelops basic knowledge of Vanguard funds, products, and services, and of the overall Financial Services industryThe essential functions of this role include : working in a smoke free environmentSkillsClient ServiceCustomer Relationship ManagementFinanceCall CenterQualificationsYears of experience : 2 yearsExperience level : ExperiencedRandstad is a world leader in matching great people with great companies.
