Experience 1+ years experience in an automotive Parts Department preferred. 1+ years sales experience preferred. Maintain valid drivers license and MVR record within company policy requirements.

Knowledge of Microsoft Office products is required.* English Language- Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.

Ability to understand written sentences and paragraphs in work related documents. Customer and Personal Service- Knowledge of principles and process for providing customer and personal services.

This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.

Sales and Marketing- Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration sales techniques, and sales control systems.

Mechanical- General knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance. *Adaptability* - Ability to adapt to changes in the work environment, manages competing demands and is able to deal with frequent change, delays or unexpected events.
