Location : North Hills
Hours : Monday-Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM
Salary : $3800-4100 / month gross salary (DOE) with rent deduction.
Partial utilities paid (water, trash & sewage).
Benefits : Medical, dental, vision, life insurance.
Property Management company is currently looking for a full-time property manager for a building in the North Hills area.
This position is full-time, and the manager will live onsite at the property managed. If you are interested, submit your resume for consideration.
Overview of Duties :
- Rent Collection
- Generating / Posting notices
- Reviewing / Scheduling Work Orders
- Advertising / Marketing / Leasing Vacant Units
- Must live at one of the properties being managed
- Other duties assigned by management
Experience Required :
- Working as an onsite property manager, minimum of 1 year
- Managing 50+ units preferred
- Have used MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience with Yardi or another property management software is a plus
- GED or HS Diploma
- MUST have a valid driver's license
- MUST have a reliable vehicle
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred
- Must already live in the Los Angeles / San Fernando Valley area
