In this role you will support challenging, mission-critical projects that make a direct impact on the nation’s security and intelligence mission.

Provides multi-faceted Intelligence support services consisting of, but not limited to, Open Source Intelligence (OSINT), All-Source Intelligence Analysts, Identity Intelligence (I2), Biometric-related analysis and production, Human Intelligence (HUMINT) Analysis, Intelligence Requirements Collection Managers (RCM), Special Advisors, Intelligence Analysts, Planners, Targeting Support, Counterintelligence (CI) Support, Screener Support, Strategic Debriefing Support, Foreign Government Information (FGI) Analysis, Exploitation (DOMEX and MEDEX), Target Focused Analysis and Neutralization (TFAN), Operational Intelligence Knowledge Management (KM), and other analytic and target support-related intelligence support services to assigned military units, and administrative support in support of the overall Intelligence mission in support of Combined Joint Task Force-Operation Inherent Resolve (CJTF-OIR) intelligence staffs and organizations.

Contractor personnel supporting this effort will be integrated into military and civilian intelligence operations and support CJTF-OIR Headquarters, the Combined Joint Force Land Component Command (CJFLCC) headquarters and subordinate units, and the Combined Special Operations Joint Task Force OIR (CSOJTF-OIR) and its subordinate units to accomplish Commander CJTF-OIR Intelligence priorities and taskings.

Responsibilities :

  • Provide analytic feedback products for HUMINT and HUMINT operational reports.
  • Write and assemble all-source analysis products in support of HUMINT.
  • Build network analysis charts and products that identify target networks of interest. Produce Analyst Notebook (ANB), Palantir, or comparable network charts in one baseline product updated daily or weekly;

PowerPoint network analysis products; and Microsoft (MS) Word network analysis products. If supported unit uses a non-industry standard network analysis tool other than ANB or Palantir, On-the-Job Training (OJT) time will be built into the deliverable.

  • Produce and brief periodic HUMINT roll-up products. Read, and summarize all HUMINT products produced by assigned units
  • Respond to RFIs. Provide trend analysis. Support CONOPs development / threat analysis for mission risk determination
  • Research, develop, present, and publish HUMINT analytical products at the tactical and operational levels related to insurgent activities, and threats to local / regional stability as part of an overall Counter Insurgency (COIN) and targeting analytical team.

Provide analysis that assists with CONOP development for US HUMINT missions. Support the publishing of post mission-draft ITRs as required.

Coordinate with the appropriate intelligence agencies.

  • Provide input to multiple NIC / NIST Government requirements and objectives
  • Perform HUMINT analysis related to threat awareness, force protection, mission planning, general target development, damage assessment, and counterterrorism in the CENTCOM AOR.
  • Conduct comprehensive research on specific topics independently or as a part of a larger analytical effort focusing on current events and long-term trends that could impact the supported unit's mission.
  • Act as Site Lead, manage other contractors as assigned by the Program Manager, or Regional Manager.
  • Perform ad hoc / anticipated deliverables no latter then 48 hours after initial tasking, unless otherwise coordinated with the Government Lead, and COR / ACOR
  • The CI / Human Intelligence Analytical Team tasks shall include :
  • Analyze TIRs and HRs. Log analyzed reports and produce written reports for each source interview.
  • Provide feedback to collectors through ITR evaluations and Source Directed Requirement (SDR) and provide input for Time Sensitive Collection Requirements (TSCRs) and Ad Hoc Collection Requirements (AHCRS).
  • Support HUMINT operations. Conduct analysis of HUMINT operations, and communicate analysis to collector via email, Video Teleconference (VTC) or telecom as required during analysis and upon completion.

Enter analysis into the CJ2X tracker and update when analysis is started and completed.

Perform HUMINT analysis. Research, develop, and present CYHUMINT and all-source products at all levels. Log relevant CI / HUMINT and all-source reporting and maintain an electronic folder for consolidation of these reports.

Enter analysis into tracker upon start and completion of analysis. Produce briefing packets, and update SharePoint as required for briefings and brief as necessary / tasked.

QC HUMINT analytical reports to ensure completeness, providing revisions when / if needed.

Identify emerging trends and patterns from HUMINT reports. Log analysis into CI2X tracker. Produce analytical reports.

  • Develop all-source association matrices on screened individuals.
  • Construct link diagrams.
  • Conduct PIR / Host Nation Information Requirements (HNIR) / IR analysis of reporting.
  • Act as Site lead, manage other contractors as assigned by Program Manager, or Regional Manager.
  • Perform general intelligence analysis related to counterterrorism, HUMINT, CENTCOM AOR regional issues, political / military analysis, and targeting as requested.

Log new requirements into CJ2X tracker.

  • Ad Hoc / anticipated deliverables are required NLT 48 hours after initial tasking, unless otherwise coordinated with the Government Lead, and COR / ACOR.
  • All Source Analysis Support tasks performed by contractors shall include :
  • Perform all-source intelligence analysis related to military actions, insurgent activities, economic and political activities, and threats to regional stability.

Research, develop, present, and publish all-source intelligence products at the tactical, operational, and strategic levels.

  • Develop all-source association matrices on individuals identified in reporting.
  • Research all-source intelligence databases, systems reports and products at tactical and operational levels. Construct link diagrams / Essential Elements of Information (EEI).
  • Develop PIR / HNIR / IR analysis of reporting.
  • Perform general intelligence analysis related to counterterrorism, HUMINT, Iraq, Syria, Jordan and Southwest Asia regional issues, political / military analysis, and targeting as requested.

Log new requirements into tracker.

  • Perform analysis and reporting on measures of stability to include security, governance and development, Human Terrain analysis.
  • Prepare provincial and district assessments, campaign and mission analysis briefings and annexes, High Value Individual Targeting products, Extremist and Regional Threat Network Nodal Analysis.
  • Prep daily fused assessments using IMINT, SIGINT, and HUMINT products.
  • Assist with analysis and production of intelligence products.
  • Analyze results of research in order to identify insurgent networks / individuals and FIE and prepare analytical summary reports of insurgent networks / individuals and FTE.
  • Provide input to multiple Government requirements and objectives.
  • Conduct comprehensive research on complex topics. Assist with resolution on difficult and complex analytical problems.
  • Retrieve message traffic and collate with multiple sources of intelligence to provide a comprehensive picture of the environment.
  • Conduct Intelligence Preparation of the Operational Environment to support the Joint Planning Process.
  • Provide senior analytical advising for military or DoD civilian analysts.
  • Provide intelligence analysis related to counterterrorism, HUMINT, SIGINT, CI, Iraq and Southwest Asia regional issues, and targeting.
  • Incorporate IMINT, HUMINT and SIGINT analysis into weekly intelligence assessments.
  • Prepare intelligence product to include counterterrorism, SIGINT, CI, Iraq, Syria, Jordan and Southwest Asia regional issues, HUMINT, political / military, and targeting.

Research, develop, and present post- graduate level intelligence products at the operational and strategic levels for senior leadership.

Analyze cultural, religious, political, geopolitical, military / social / behavioral science, perspectives on governance and development.

  • Draft requests for ISR collection in coordination with Collection Management team.
  • Adhere to Intelligence Community Directives.
  • Perform tactical intelligence analysis. Analyze, report on, and disseminate Human Terrain findings. Prepare provincial and district assessments.

Here’s what you’ll need :

  • CI / HUMINT Analytical experience
  • Experience in either CI / HUMINT, counterterrorism (CT) and political / military analysis CENTCOM in other AORs.

Clearance Required :

TS / SCI with Polygraph (current or pending)

Minimum Education :

Associate degree or three years intelligence analysis experience

Minimum Years of Experience :

At least four years analytical experience at the tactical / operational level within DoD or equivalent Government agencies and requires former MOS 35F, 350F, 18F, 35D, 34A, OR USMC - 0211 Counterintelligence / Human Intelligence (CUHUMINT) Specialist, 0231 Intelligence Specialist, 0239 Intelligence Analyst OR U.

S. Navy Navy Intelligence Specialist OR USAF 14NX Intelligence Officer, INOXX Operations Intelligence, 1N771 Human Intelligence Specialist, or 1IN451 A Intelligence Fusion Analyst OR other equivalent DoD Joint Service or other Service specialty codes.
