The Operations team is looking for a new Operations Support Specialist to join the team. In this role, you will administer the incentive compensation plans company-wide and will collaborate with other teams such as Payroll, Finance, and Data Analysts.
Qualified candidate will have 2 years of experience in compensation with a focus on variable pay compensation, strong analytics skills, and attention to detail.

Job Duties
- Support the creation of new procedures and policies with a focus on improving accuracy and efficiency
- Prepare incentive compensation plan payments on a timely and accurate basis; ensuring accurate manual and system calculations, data integrity, reporting and data analysis
- Respond to employee and leadership incentive compensation inquiries on a timely basis
- Collaborate with other teams such as Payroll, Finance, and Data Analysts in the optimal administration of incentive compensation
Essential Skills
- Minimum 2 years experience in compensation with a focus on variable pay and incentive programs
- Ability to write and develop procedures and policies for program development
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously to manage time effectively and prioritize work appropriately to meet deadlines
- Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment and meet deadlines without sacrificing quality
- Proven ability to handle private and confidential information
- Strong business communication skills; able to write / speak clearly and professionally for a variety of audiences
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, including the use of Pivot Tables, financial functions, data analysis, and auditing functions
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
