As Principal, Product Management, Analytics Tools, you’ll be the product owner for the company’s current arsenal of analytics platforms (Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Tealeaf, Tealium, and many custom tools) as well as the person responsible for assessing new tools and processes that will enhance the data accuracy, scalability, and efficiency of the entire analytics team.
You’ll roadmap enhancements, troubleshoot problems, and maintain a backlog of all analytics integration projects. You’ll work in close concert with many other functional areas to ensure that you have a full picture of all business requirements and are moving effectively toward satisfying them.

How you’ll know if you’re a fit
You’ll come in with 7 to 10 years of product management experience in an agile dev environment, including heavy experience with Adobe Analytics.
Ideally, you’ve also worked with Coremetrics, Google Analytics, or Localytics. And you’ll have a really significant leg-up if you’ve spent time with a large-scale e-commerce operation, particularly if they also have brick-and-mortar presence.
It’s a must that you be an expert with SQL and data manipulation and have a strong understanding of statistical analysis.
We’d love to see exposure to visualization platforms and Tableau, Cognos, or Hadoop for reporting and dashboarding.
You’re also a great communicator and collaborator who can speak the language of your cross-functional stakeholders, confidently telling a story that delivers actionable insights and achieves consensus for your viewpoints.
