Responsibilities :
- Evaluate and diagnose communication and swallowing disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address speech and language challenges.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care for patients.
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers on speech and language rehabilitation techniques.
- Stay updated on the latest research and best practices in speech therapy to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care.
Qualifications :
- Master's degree in speech-language pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Valid licensure in Ohio is required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-based environment.
- Genuine passion for helping individuals of diverse backgrounds overcome communication challenges.
