Senior Business Analyst (Salesforce)

JPC is looking for a Senior Business Analyst (Salesforce) to support our client's Salesforce implementation team and help them meet business needs in an organized, proactive approach.

As a Sr. BA - Business Process Modeling and Salesforce Specialist, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and improving business processes, translating business needs into functional and technical requirements, and ensuring a successful Salesforce project delivery aligned with organizational objectives.

Principal Duties And Responsibilities

• Utilize your expertise in business process modeling techniques, such as BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation), to analyze and document current-state and future-state business processes, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and elicit, analyze, and document business needs / objectives related to Salesforce implementations.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into detailed functional and technical requirements, ensuring clarity, completeness, and alignment with best practices and industry standards.
• Create and maintain business requirements documents (BRDs) that foster clear communication and understanding among stakeholders.
• Apply your knowledge of both waterfall and agile methodologies to ensure successful project delivery within the chosen framework.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, facilitating effective communication, clarifying requirements, and ensuring seamless collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, Salesforce features, and CPQ enhancements, actively seeking opportunities to optimize business processes and improve efficiency.

EDUCATION, SKILLS QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED :

• 7+ years working as a Business Analyst, with a focus on business process modeling and business requirements documentation.
• Strong proficiency in business process modeling techniques, such as BPMN.
• Extensive experience working with both waterfall and agile methodologies, adept at applying the appropriate approach for requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation.
• Experience working with Salesforce implementations, including CPQ functionality.
• In-depth knowledge of the Salesforce CRM platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CPQ, with hands-on experience defining detailed requirements for these modules.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate cross-functionally and with stakeholders at various levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify business needs, evaluate potential solutions, and propose effective strategies for Salesforce implementations.
• Direct marketing and / or nonprofit industry experience is a plus.
