Role : Multifamily - Assistant Project Manager
Are you passionate about construction and eager to take your career to the next level? We’re looking for an Assistant Project Manager to join our growing team.
With us, you'll have the opportunity to work on large-scale multifamily projects ranging from $20M to $200M. You’ll play a key role in managing submittals, writing scopes of work, making award recommendations , and more.
If you're tech-savvy with experience in Procore, Primavera P6 , and other industry software, this could be the perfect fit for you!
Key Qualifications :
- 4+ years of construction experience in one of the following : multifamily, block and plank, stick frame, or concrete projects.
- Proven track record of managing project sizes between $20M and $200M.
- Experience with completing at least 1-2 projects.
- Strong skills in technology including Procore, P6, and other construction management tools.
Responsibilities :
- Assist in procurement and coordinate with the owner’s representatives.
- Navigate bid buckets to write scopes of work and award contracts.
- Manage project submittals and provide recommendations.
