Job Id : # of Openings : 1 Front Desk Concierge - One Lexington (Phoenix, AZ) HOAMCO is seeking a Front Desk Concierge for our luxury high rise association, One Lexington , located in Phoenix.
The ideal candidate will consistently provide superior customer service, be reliable and on-time, present a professional appearance and take ownership of their role as Front Desk Concierge.

- Superior customer service skills

- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Advanced communication skills (both verbally and written)
- Ability to proactively identify issues and resolve before problems arise.
- Able to prioritize and adjust to incoming demands.
- Exceptional time management and ability to work independently.
- Proficient in various computer programs (Windows) including MS office.
- Customer Service experience required.
- Experience working in HOA and / or Property Management experience is a plus.
- Must be reliable.
Responsibilities :
- Provide administrative support.
- Respond to homeowner inquiries in person, by phone or email as quickly as possible.
- Assist Residents with registering vehicles, creating fobs, filling out forms, etc.
- Monitor security cameras and bring any concerns to the GM or Assistant Manager.
- Exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality with homeowner information.
- Create incident reports as needed.
- Maintaining the front desk / lobby area in a neat, clean, and organized manner.
- Utilizing excellent customer service skills while greeting visitors and homeowners.
- Managing and tracking all incoming and outgoing packages.
- Checking in all guests and vendors to ensure a secure building.
- Have knowledge of Association Community Rules.
- Ability to stay calm and excellent decision-making skills.
- Any special projects as assigned by General Manager or Assistant Manager.
Work Environment and physical demands :
- Work in a typical office environment, using a computer.
- Sit and / or stand for lengthy periods of time.
- Walking throughout property as needed.
- Complete shift responsibility check list.
- Able to lift objects weighing up to 30 pounds.
