Monday - Friday 8 : 00am - 5 : 00pm
PAY RATE : $21.75 / hr.

What You’ll Do :
- Oversee training including, but not limited to, state and court programs
- Manage scheduling and administration of direct training course logistics that span courses, instructor eLearning, instructor development, onsite training, virtual delivery, and continuing education courses
- Negotiate classroom arrangements with rental facilities orchestrating the process from start to finish
- Manage scheduling at leased classroom sites and assist with processes, vendors, and break / fix issues at sites
- Research and drive resolution to a wide variety of complex problems pertaining to the delivery of training programs
- Support instructor scheduling, monitoring, communication, etc.
Background Profile :
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience and at least 2 years of relevant experience in customer service or administrative role
- Experience in a team lead or leadership role in a call center or customer service environment preferred
- Must be a self-starter, be highly detail oriented and possess good time management, organizational, decision making, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to respond to and complete deadlines as well as delegate and organize own work and others workflow
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
- Very strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Vaild Drivers Licence and Clean DMV Record
