Key Responsibilities :
- Behavioral Implementation : Work directly with students to implement individualized behavior intervention plans, using evidence-based techniques to promote positive behavior.
- Data Collection : Collect and analyze data on student progress, ensuring that interventions are effective and adjustments are made as needed.
- Collaboration : Collaborate with BCBAs, educators, and parents to ensure consistency in behavior strategies and foster a supportive learning environment.
- Direct Support : Provide one-on-one and group support to students, helping them develop essential social skills and emotional regulation.
- Crisis Intervention : Respond to challenging behaviors with empathy and professionalism, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for all students.
Qualifications :
- Education : High school diploma or equivalent; RBT certification is required.
- Experience : Experience working with children or adolescents, particularly in educational or behavioral settings, is preferred.
- Skills : Strong munication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students and collaborate effectively with a team.
- Approach : A student-centered mindset focused on promoting positive behavior and enhancing students overall well-being.
