About The Position
Job Title : Radiologic Technologist Job Specialty : Diagnostic Imaging Job Duration : 13 weeks Shift : 8-hour Evening (3 : 00 PM - 11 : 30 PM) Guaranteed Hours : Not specified Experience : Must have 2 years of experience in the relevant specialty License : Proof of VA license required or proof of VA license application in process Certifications : - ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists)- BLS (Basic Life Support) Must-Have : - Certified as a Radiology Technologist by ARRT- Comfortable with using a C-arm for OR, ENDO, etc.
especially spine and ortho cases)- Skilled in fluoroscopy exams (UGIs, Myelograms, Lumbar punctures, etc.)- Skilled in all diagnostic exams, including trauma Job Description : Must be willing to work in the OR, fluoroscopy, portables, and ED- Orientation sessions are held every other week on Mondays- Start dates available for November 18 & December 2 only- The client can cancel up to 36 hours per assignment due to census fluctuations Additional Notes : Locals are not accepted- All requests for time off must be included at the time of submission- Floating is not required
