A company is looking for a Senior Strategic Human Resources Business Partner - Corporate Functions.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a strategic thought partner to executive leaders, aligning people strategies with business objectives
Lead talent planning initiatives and collaborate with Talent Acquisition on hiring strategies
Drive organizational design efforts and lead change management strategies to support transformation initiatives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and / or master's degree in human resources, MBA, or related discipline
Minimum of 8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3-5 years in an HR Business Partner or strategic HR leadership role
Experience supporting corporate functions, preferably in energy efficiency, sustainability, or SaaS environments
Familiarity with modern HR systems (e.g., Workday / Oracle, ServiceNow)
Demonstrated success in supporting organizations through rapid growth, transformation, or M&A integration
