Salary : $17-$19 / hourly depending on experience
Job Type : Full-time Flexibility Monday Saturday Flexibility between 7 : 30am 8 : 30pm In-office

Our beautiful Beginnings Birth Center is a freestanding birth center located in Colorado Springs, CO. We are seeking a full-time Receptionist & Floater to join our team who has a strong interest and passion for women’s healthcare.
The ideal candidate will be adept at communication, both with clients and team members, thrive in a fast-paced environment and have flexibility and adaptability for front desk duties as well as providing floater support for the birth center as needed.
This position plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations at the front desk and contributing to a positive experience for our clients.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE :
High School diploma or G.E.D.
Previous healthcare, front office administrative work experience preferred.
Experience with computers is essential.
Experience with EHR Systems preferred (AdvancedMD EHR, a plus!).
Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITES :
Ability and willingness to float based on the needs of the birth center.
Open and close the front desk / family room.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the family room.
Greet and check-in clients during clinic hours.
Handle incoming communications including telephone calls, texts, emails, social media messages and EHR system messages.
Manage clinic office scheduling.
Oversee the lending library.
Represents Beginnings Birth Center in a professional manner to the community.
Other duties as assigned to the front desk.
