Client may consider without HCHB experience at a reduced rate (first 2 weeks) if willing to train. Must be able to manage productivity expectations and travel within service area. Any overtime must be pre-approved . 2-week cancellation notice applies.
Role Details
- Home Health setting – covering Kennesaw and surrounding territories (as needed).
- Average 4–6 visits per day (depending on visit type).
- Productivity expectation : 28–32 points per week.
