About The Position
Job Title : Registered Nurse (RN) Job Specialty : Medical / Surgical Job Duration : 104 weeks Shift : Day - 11.5 hours, 3 days a week (07 : 00 AM - 07 : 00 PM) Guaranteed Hours : 36 hours per week Experience : Minimum two years of experience in IV insertion, phlebotomy, and conscious sedation License : New York State RN License Certifications : AHA BLS, AHA ACLS (Required for specific regions) Must-Have : Proficient in English (Speak, Read, Write) Job Description : Perform nursing duties and responsibilities with professionalism and dedication.
- Provide high-quality care in the Medical / Surgical specialty area.- Demonstrate proficiency in IV insertion and phlebotomy.
- Administer conscious sedation safely and effectively.- Fulfill nursing duties with adherence to standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best patient outcomes.- Maintain clear and accurate patient records.
- Develop and implement nursing care plans in accordance with patient needs.- Participate in patient education and support for individuals and families.
- Commit to continuing education and professional development.
