The Role :
Social Media Manager, this person will be responsible for daily engagement and management of social profiles for viral marketing and social media initiatives for Socially Disrupt LLC.
Details :
- $21 - $24 per hour
- Semi-flexible schedule
- 20 - 25 hours per week
- 90% remote / 10% on site for clients in Los Angeles County
- Free Product. Examples of what the team has received from clients in past 3 months : cookie dough, home decor, all paid for airbnb trip, pilates classes, jewelry, bathing suits, dinners, etc.
Key Responsibilities :
Daily Management of multiple social media accounts to ensure content is posted, and comments and messages are not left unanswered.
Main role will be ensuring that every clients social media profile is up to date and active daily.
- Brainstorming ideas and executing outreach to ensure account growth within specific industry
- Develop and maintain a schedule of social media posts, including caption and hashtag
creation, and overall social plans, and work with a team to build content in time for discussion and approvals, using provided brand guidelines and assets.
- Ensure that all social channels including but not limited to : Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook are updated regularly with relevant content that aligns with companies initiatives and to diverse customer base.
- Brainstorm ideas ranging from stories, events, videos, news, product integration, and determining best practices for execution.
- Maintenance of Social Networking Marketing Efforts and keeping tone of voice the same per brand guidelines.
- Execution and suggestion of strategic direction.
- Prepare reports on a monthly basis for tracking and analyzing our social media activities and effectiveness along with latest trends in digital marketing.
Ideal Candidate :
- Minimum 2 - 3 years marketing, community engagement, and social media experience.
- Very self motivated and able to take initiative.
- Extremely in tune with pop culture references and social media trends. Ability to see a trend and curate a concept to match with different industries, brands, etc.
- Proficient in Canva, Adobe Illustrator, and Video Editing.
- Ability to perform all essential duties and responsibilities listed above.
- Must have experience with social media marketing, content scheduling, and posting on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
- Must have experience with Asana, Slack, and Notion
