- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized treatment plans for patients.- Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Provide education to patients and families regarding the therapeutic processes and goals.- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient progress and therapy sessions.
- Adapt treatment plans according to patient progress and therapy outcomes.- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues to promote optimal recovery.
- Ensure all activities comply with ethical standards and regulatory requirements. Additional Information : Position urgency is normal, and all contracts are ongoing with a two-week notice unless otherwise arranged.
