What is a Warehouse Admin Clerk?
This position has responsibility for system updates, entries, and overall execution of activities related to warehousing.
This includes planning, scheduling, printing, validation of accuracy and completeness of activities, system updates, and exception resolutions.
Also, includes inbound & outbound schedule exception and reporting. This position is the primary contact between Operations and internal departments in a timely manner.
What you'll do?
- Schedule all inbound / outbound deliveries in collaboration with the warehouse and transportation departments
- Reviewing, releasing, printing of multiple forms, dispatching to internal departments, auditing and, date entry of system activities related to outbound orders.
Print, prep and, sing in and out carriers, print BOL, packing slip, and close out sales orders. Escalate any SO changes w / appropriate team.
Collaborate with other departments and maintain a clear channel of communication
- Understand and assist in executing all duties by the Samples team
- identify and print sample order
- Inquiries, entries, and validations of other support activities such as inventory requests, adjustments, transfers and other system activities.
- Email out End of Day Pick / Load and Dock Report Daily
- Maintain positive working relationships with warehouse, sales, purchasing, and customer service associates
- Perform related duties as assigned by Supervisor
Experience and Skills
- 2 years minimum experience with warehousing support functions
- Basic Microsoft Office Suite experience, excel, word, outlook
- Microsoft AX experience preferred
- Reason and problem solve- knowing when something is wrong or likely wrong. Follow guidelines to arrange action in certain order.
Combine several pieces of information and draw conclusions.

Compensation details : 18.5-19.5 Hourly Wage
