About Our Agency
- Our mission is to help small business owners in Texas get the best insurance protection for their business at the lowest possible rates.
- I am a US Navy Veteran of 13 years as a Hospital Corpsman.
- I am a proud former Police Officer with the Sachse Police Department.
- I have 7 years experience in the insurance industry.
- I have over 30 years building teams and succeeding in all kinds of environments.
Requirements
- Successful track record of meeting goals / quotas
- Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping small businesses and small business owners
- Self-motivated
- Detail oriented
- Ability to make presentations to potential customers
- Property and Casualty license (previously obtained prior to start date)
- 2 years of insurance sales experience
Responsibilities
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
