Job Details :

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Architect to join our esteemed Engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, evaluating, and manipulating designs to meet the needs of our clientele. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a superb aesthetic sense, and a deep understanding of architectural design principles. Responsibilities :

  • Develop architectural designs, incorporating the latest sustainable design principles.
  • Utilize AutoCAD, Revit, and 3D Modeling software to create detailed architectural plans and designs.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their design needs and develop architectural solutions that exceed their expectations.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure that designs are feasible and can be implemented effectively.
  • Conduct site planning and oversee the construction process to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Keep abreast of the latest industry trends and advancements in architectural design and sustainable practices.
  • Work with AIA and Registered Architects to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Present designs to stakeholders and clients, incorporating their feedback into final designs.

    • Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 7 years of experience in architectural design, preferably within the Engineering industry.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and 3D Modeling software.
  • Familiarity with AIA and Registered Architects regulations and standards.
  • Proven experience in site planning and project management.
  • Strong commitment to sustainable design and a keen understanding of the latest industry trends.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex designs to a non-technical audience.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a knack for innovative and creative solutions.
  • Detail-oriented with an exceptional sense of aesthetics.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
