Responsibilities
Support the Zayo global website and strategy, including content development and updates, SEO and PPC strategy, website creative, UI / UX, day-to-day site maintenance, and monitoring of website performance and site speed
Work across various teams and product groups to create and deliver highly engaging content for zayo.com, including product videos, video testimonials, infographics, interactive maps, and other sources of content.
Support SEO strategy in partnership with agency for search engine visibility.
Design and deliver highly engaging lead generation landing pages.
Enhance page layout and test new page and content configurations.
Identify ways to improve website user experience and customer journey.
Work cross-functionally to develop new website pages and content modules.
Ensure alignment with Zayo’s brand standards.
Ensure the website complies with the appropriate laws and regulations.
Assist with the execution of digital marketing functions on an as-needed basis.
Reports to the Head of Corporate Marketing.
Qualifications :
Minimum of three (3) years of experience in digital marketing and website management.
Demonstrable experience managing and optimizing a B2B website, with a proven track record of driving conversions.
Advanced knowledge of website standards and best practices.
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.
Experience with WordPress, WPEngine, and Bricks platforms.
Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
Experience with A / B and multivariate experiments.
Mastery of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics 4, CrazyEgg. etc.)
Familiarity with Google Tag Manager and cookie collection tools.
Hands-on experience with SEO / SEM, Google Analytics, WordPress or comparable platform, and Salesforce / CRM software.
Strong communication (written and verbal) skills and organizational abilities.
Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.)
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
Strong project management and organizational abilities.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, experience in dealing with multiple and diverse internal stakeholders, and interacting with business and technology partners.
High attention to detail and ability to balance multiple priorities under pressure.
Experience in a highly complex B2B industry.
Experience with digital marketing tools such as automation (Pardot, Marketo), CMS (WordPress), Analytics (Google Analytics, CrazyEgg), SEO (SEMRush), SEM (Microsoft and Google), Tag management.
Base Salary Range : $56,300 - $78,802 USD / annually, commensurate with experience.
