Bilingual Airport Customer Service Ambassador Position
We are currently seeking candidates to provide customer service ambassador services at Orlando International Airport. The ideal candidate will be professional and dedicated to providing superior customer service in an exemplary and friendly manner.
Fluency in any of these languages, along with English, provides the great communication skills that are desired.

Pay Rate : $16.75 / hr
Location : Orlando International Airport, Orlando, FL
FT positions (Mandatory Weekends)
1st Ft and PT
4am to 12 : 30pm
2nd Shift FT and PT
12 : 00pm to 8 : 30pm
PT positions (Mandatory Weekends)
- 1st shift 4am to 8 am
- 2nd shift 12pm to 4pm

Familiarity with Orlando and area attractions
Excellent communication skills and a pleasant personality.
People oriented
Computer skills and a clear speaking voice.
Ability to diffuse and prevent conformations while managing a busy, constant and sometimes stressful workload.
Must be on time and present at the start of shift.
Responsibilities :
Must be able to learn new information about facilities and area travel to be able to convey this information to customers
Must know how to problem solve in assessing situations.
Must greet all customers and visitors in a friendly professional manner.
Must record all information as required
Must provide staff with key information regarding incidents, delays and emergencies
Must reduce opportunities for solicitation
Must improve levels of customer service
Must be able to type 25 correct words per minute
Must be willing to work rotating shifts, on holidays and weekends.
