Job Description :
Asa Process Engineer at Kosmos Corp you will play a critical role inensuring the efficient and effective operation of our productionprocesses.
You will work closely with our production team toidentify areas for improvement and implement solutions to optimizeour processes.
Key Responsibilities :
Monitor and analyze production processes to identifyareas for improvement
Develop and implementprocess improvements to increase efficiency and reducecosts
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams totroubleshoot and resolve process issues
Conductprocess audits and provide recommendations for correctiveactions
Develop and maintain processdocumentation and standard operating procedures
Train production staff on new processes and procedures
Monitor and maintain equipment performance to ensureoptimal operation
Identify and implement safetymeasures to ensure a safe working environment
Stay current with industry trends and advancements in processengineering
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field
Minimum of 3 years experience in processengineering
Strong understanding of processoptimization and improvement techniques
Knowledge of process safety management and regulations
Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and in a teamenvironment
Proficiency in process simulationsoftware (e.g. Aspen Plus) is a plus
