Per Diem Certified Radiologic Technologist - Sanitas Medical Center (Winter Haven, FL)
Opening February 2025!
Sanitas Medical Center is seeking a Per Diem Certified Radiologic Technologist to join our new facility in Winter Haven, FL .
The Radiologic Technologist will perform a variety of technical procedures requiring independent judgment and ingenuity, producing necessary documentation for interpretation of the ordered exam.

Radiologic Technologist Roles and Responsibilities :
- Conduct patient interviews to gather medical history, ensuring accurate documentation.
- Position patients and equipment to achieve high-quality diagnostic images.
- Calibrate X-ray equipment and ensure daily and weekly quality control.
- Analyze images for abnormalities and ensure accurate documentation.
- Maintain patient records, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare teams.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and healthcare protocols.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- Associate degree or higher in a related field from an accredited program.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in outpatient diagnostic imaging or hospital setting.
- Valid ARRT Registered Technologist license (Required).
- BLS certification (Required).
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (Preferred but not required).
Physical Demands :
- Must be able to stand, walk, and exert up to 50 pounds of force.
- Frequent reaching, kneeling, and bending required.
- Subject to environmental conditions and potential noise.
