Role Overview : As an Asset Manager, you will be integral to a high-performing team responsible for overseeing commercial real estate assets and investments.

Your role will involve detailed reporting, performance reviews, ensuring covenant compliance, cash flow forecasting, valuations, and staff training.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage and optimize a portfolio of commercial real estate assets.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and ensure covenant compliance.
• Prepare and analyze cash flow forecasts and asset valuations.
• Utilize advanced Excel modeling and other tools for financial analysis.
• Mentor and train junior staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting on asset performance and financial metrics.

Qualifications :

• 7-9+ years of progressive experience in commercial real estate asset management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Finance or a related field.
• Proven expertise in asset management, valuation, commercial real estate debt, and financial modeling.
• Advanced Excel skills are essential; familiarity with Argus is preferred.
• Demonstrated job stability and a solid track record of performance.
