As the Nurse Director Hospice Palliative Care, you will work in collaboration with other clinical Directors on team development, strategy, data analyzation, monitoring growth of program, and implementing adjustments and changes to remain consistent with organizational goals and community needs.
Additional responsibilities include fostering working relationships with other departments and team members, developing and implementing updates on policies, procedures, and protocols that impact patient safety, ensuring staff is within regulatory compliance, ensuring staff performance is meeting or exceeding patient and family expectations, executing quality assurance and performance improvements initiatives, and developing an annual operational budget based upon resource management.
Top applicants will have their BSN, a background in Hospice and Palliative Care leadership, and a NJ RN license.
