WellSky is seeking a Manager, Contracts . This role is responsible for managing overall contract compliance and overseeing the Contracts Analyst team.
You will be responsible for the following :
- Managing the overall contract compliance of assigned tasks in accordance with contract requirements, company policy and procedures, and applicable laws.
- Coordinating proposal and activities for assigned contracts. Ability to provide guidance and training to internal teams relating to all phases of the contract lifecycle.
- Managing individual workload to ensure the timely and compliant accomplishment of project deadlines and completing accurate internal and external client deliverables.
- Working closely with the functional team with the objective of becoming a trusted adviser by achieving day-to-day objectives with significant impact on operational results or project deliverables.
- Tracking and communicating the key issues and status of contracts portfolio relative to contract requirements
- Managing contracting team initiatives in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment that demands strong capabilities to come into projects and initiatives without much guidance and deliver them to completion.
- Pursuing continual process improvement and efficiency and effectively managing process changes with the team and other internal stakeholders
- Maintaining and ensuring that program teams maintain adequate documentation to support compliance with contractual requirements, company policy and procedure, and applicable laws.
- Managing and developing the Contracts Analysts team
Required Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- 4+ years of experience in specific discipline, experience with informal mentoring or directing the work of others
Preferred Qualifications :
Experience implementing a contract lifecycle management solution
