Requirements :
- Minimum of 2 years of current experience Clinic Respiratory Therapy unless otherwise discussed by recruiter.
- OR license is required

EDUCATION / CERTIFICATIONS / LICENSES / DEGREESHigh school graduate or equivalent copy of academic degree or transcript will be required upon hire if performing Moderate Complexity TestingAmerican Heart Association Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support BLSAmerican Heart Association Healthcare Provider Advanced Cardiac Life Support ACLS card or must be obtained by the last day of the month after the 6 month grace periodAmerican Heart Association Pediatric Advanced Life Support PALS or Emergency Nurses’ Association Emergency Nurse Pediatric Course ENPC card or must be obtained by the last day of the month after the 1 year grace periodAmerican Academy of Pediatrics Neonatal Resuscitation Program NRP Provider card or must be obtained by the last day of the month after the 1 year grace periodLicensed as a Respiratory Therapist in the State of Oregon and Registered by the National Board for Respiratory Care NBRC EXPERIENCEOne or more years experience as a respiratory therapist in an acute hospital setting preferred
Prior to start date you will need the following sent to the recruiter and credentialing :
- Resume without time gaps and education notated.
- References from 2 supervisors in past year (updated yearly).
- Two forms of ID; one must be a photo ID
- Photo for Badge ID without filters on white background
- Immunization Documentation; Covid, Flu (current season), HEP B, MMR, TDaP, Varicella
- Current Yearly Physical
- TB TEST; Two step or Quantiferon as requested by facility.
- BLS and any other certifications required of professional : AHA Preferred and often required
- Skills Checklist and Competency Exams
- Background Check and Urine Drug Screens are ordered after receiving job offers
- Credentialing will require other documentation.
- Must be fully credentialed prior to start date.
