What you'll do :
- Program Leadership : Architect and manage large-scale, cross-functional technical programs to ensure alignment with business goals and successful delivery of strategic initiatives.
- Project Lifecycle Management : Oversee projects from conception to completion, defining project scope, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Stakeholder Engagement : Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate collaboration and ensure commitment across cross-functional teams for program success.
- Risk Management : Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and dependencies across various workstreams, driving proactive solutions and issue resolution.
- Executive Communication : Craft and deliver compelling presentations to senior leadership, clearly articulating program updates, strategic recommendations, and technical concepts.

Minimum Qualifications :
- Option 1 : Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or related area and 5 years’ experience in engineering, engineering program management, technical program management, product management, or related area.
- Option 2 : 7 years’ experience in engineering, engineering program management, technical program management, product management, or related area.
