What you'll do :

  • Program Leadership : Architect and manage large-scale, cross-functional technical programs to ensure alignment with business goals and successful delivery of strategic initiatives.
  • Project Lifecycle Management : Oversee projects from conception to completion, defining project scope, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Stakeholder Engagement : Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate collaboration and ensure commitment across cross-functional teams for program success.
  • Risk Management : Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and dependencies across various workstreams, driving proactive solutions and issue resolution.
  • Executive Communication : Craft and deliver compelling presentations to senior leadership, clearly articulating program updates, strategic recommendations, and technical concepts.

  • Strong Leadership Skills : Ability to architect and manage large-scale programs, guiding cross-functional teams to align with business goals and drive successful outcomes.
  • Excellent Communication : Proficiency in conveying complex technical concepts clearly to senior leadership and building strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities : Strong analytical skills to identify, assess, and mitigate risks and blockers, driving proactive solutions in complex environments.
  • Agile Project Management : Expertise in Agile methodologies and project management tools to effectively oversee the project lifecycle from conception to completion.
  • Technical Acumen : Solid understanding of data-driven systems, software architectures, and familiarity with data governance and compliance requirements.

Minimum Qualifications :

  • Option 1 : Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or related area and 5 years’ experience in engineering, engineering program management, technical program management, product management, or related area.
  • Option 2 : 7 years’ experience in engineering, engineering program management, technical program management, product management, or related area.
