About the Role
We’re looking for a hands-on Software Product Manager to join our growing team as our first dedicated software product hire . You’ll work closely with our CTO, commercial team members, and software engineers to lead the development and delivery and measure the commercial impact of our Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) software and device platform.
In this role, you’ll help turn business goals and customer needs into a clear product plan, manage sprint execution, write documentation, and support go-to-market efforts. This is a great opportunity for someone who’s excited to build from the ground up and play a key role in scaling a healthtech product with real-world impact.
What You’ll Do
- Own sprint planning and execution : Work closely with engineering to define sprint goals, prioritize tickets, and track progress. Keep projects on schedule and ensure we’re shipping the right things at the right time.
- Translate business needs into product tasks : Take input from sales, customer success, and leadership and turn it into clear, actionable requirements and user stories.
- Document features and processes : Write clear product specs, release notes, internal documentation, and training materials to support both engineering and commercial teams.
- Coordinate releases and GTM activities : Work with the CTO, sales, and operations to help prepare product releases, customer communications, onboarding materials, and sales enablement content.
- Measure product impact : Track key product metrics like new user adoption, customer feedback, and usage data to inform future development.
- Support roadmap planning : Help organize and prioritize product ideas and feature requests into a roadmap that balances customer needs and business goals.
- Be the glue across teams : Facilitate communication between engineering, sales, and operations to ensure everyone is aligned and moving in the same direction.
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of product management or equivalent experience in a software or healthtech environmentStrong organizational skills and attention to detail — you can juggle multiple priorities without losing track of the big pictureExperience working directly with engineers in an Agile environmentComfortable writing user stories, documenting features, and owning backlogsStrong communicator who can work across technical and non-technical teamsSelf-starter who thrives in fast-paced, startup-like environmentsExperience with connected devices, healthcare, or RPM is a plus (but not required)Nice to Have
